Developed in four weeks, this form fitting daypack is designed for freeride skiing, prioritizing comfortable fit across a range of body types. Its unique outer tightening system on the S curved shoulder straps allow for tightening that provide enhanced stability and comfort without pressure points.

A comfortable carrying harness that hugs your body and doesn’t compromise your mobility. Designed for skiing.
The carrying harness features wide, S-curved shoulder straps with a unique tightening system placed on the outer edge, making the backpack sit real snug and tight to your body. Combined with a two-point chest strap, this system offers enhanced comfort and fit—even more comfort for the female anatomy.
The shoulder straps, back panel, and hip belt are all connected to an internal plastic frame. This frame is rigid enough to transfer weight to the hip-belt, yet flexible enough to allow the entire pack to be turned inside out for ease of repairability.

The pack itself was designed as a secondary focus due to time constraints. Still, its sewing pattern is optimized for bringing the weight to the hips.
With the correct choice of materials, it should be possible to bring the backpack into the Ultralight backpack category with a fair estimate of around 600g.
It includes several thoughtful features and ideas for further development—such as strap systems that double as A-frame ski mounts with a lower strap extending to the hip-belt for better weight distribution, a side zipper for easy access when on a ski lift, and multiple hooks to hang whatever you’d like or secure the hip belt when not in use.
Aesthetical choices were made to match Norrøna’s design philosophy “Loaded-Minimalism”, meaning lots of features packed in a clean aesthetic. Colors are inspired by Norrøna’s classic Trollveggen colorways from the 90s and lines from their
“Møre” collection.
